The Guesthouse consists of 5 rooms and it’s placed in the heart of Rome, in a restored historic building between palazzo Koch –Bank of Italy’s head office- and The Quirinale – Official residence of the President of the Republic of Italy- next to one of the most popular shopping and touristic streets in Rome, Via Nazionale.
Spacious apartment with refined furniture, it can host up to 10 guests. The apartment is placed in the upscale Sallustiano district, in the vicinity of Villa Borghese and easily accessible from Termini Railway Station. The entire historic centre of Rome and its most popular and stunning monuments are at walking reach.

Very clean. Owner very approachable and knowledgeable about area. Close proximity to bus transportation to take you to Roman Forum Area and Vatican. Would highly recommend property to any family or couple traveling. We are a family of two adults and four children and it was a great place to share in our Rome memories!
Five Rooms Rome Guesthouse
Can’t fault five rooms, stayed for 5 nights end of March. This was my second visit to Rome but first time staying at five rooms and if/when I visit again I will definitely be back to five rooms.
Perfect location, walking distance to all the main attractions, room was lovely, clean and comfortable.
